Character Bow

Some time ago, I was offered a "lump" of German yew. It was about 12" diameter and just 76" long.  After studying it for quite some time I came to the conclusion that it would be touch and go if I would get a bow out of it and, if I did, then it would be one hell of a funky one!

Months later, I had tillered a 74" long and 50# @ 28" Character bow; really sweet to shoot and with a good cast, too
